Tips for Outline Consistency

Royal Icing Tips
- Sift powdered sugar to avoid lumps
- Add water gradually - you can always add more
- Keep icing covered with a damp towel to prevent drying
- Use gel food coloring (liquid will thin the icing)
- Test consistency: drizzle should disappear in 10-15 seconds for flooding
