How to Exercise Your Rights

We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days. We may extend this period by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, with notice.

Authorized Agent

You may designate an authorized agent to make a CCPA request on your behalf. We will require verification that the agent is authorized to act on your behalf. We may require you to verify your identity directly with us before processing a request submitted by an authorized agent.
