About the Dirac Equation
The Dirac equation (iγμ∂μ - m)ψ = 0 is the relativistic wave equation for spin-1/2 particles. It naturally predicts the existence of antimatter, the electron g-factor of approximately 2, and spin-orbit coupling. The four-component spinor has two large and two small components in the non-relativistic limit.
